Whether you’re new to the area, new to church or looking for a place to worship, we are a church of caring believers with a deep love for Jesus, each other and those in the world around us, and we will welcome you and treat you like family.

I have been the pastor at Calvary since August 2023. My wife Carmen and I, along with our sons Wesley, 7, and Noah, came to Brevard from Mineral Wells, Texas, where I served as an associate pastor of worship and discipleship for four years. Having previously lived in the Outer Banks, we are thrilled to be back in North Carolina, closer to our families.

I am an expository preacher and shepherd who is passionate about proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ from the infallible Word of God. I enjoy preaching and teaching, equipping and deploying leaders, and developing community. I love the Lord. I love His Word. I love people.
